Abu Dhabi : UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the Russian presidential election.
Putin, Russia’s incumbent prime minister, has won 63.6 percent of Sunday’s votes after all ballots were counted, the Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) said Monday.
Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has also congratulated Putin.
