Tunis : Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki has said the Arab world is faced with two alternatives — “engage in deep, radical reforms or face revolutions and all the consequences that derive from them”, the official TAP press agency reported.
Addressing the 29th session of Arab interior ministers held in the country’s Hammamet city Wednesday, the Tunisian president hoped that all security institutions would “contribute to the dignity of citizens and nations”, Xinhua reported.
“People come ahead of the state which is responsible for establishing order, which in turn, must be respected by all citizens,” Marzouki said.
