A respectable organization “Khair-e-Ummat Trust” name was used by the police to suggest that SIMI is still operating under different names. They made this outrageous claim in their affidavit to renew the ban on SIMI.
It is once again obvious that name of SIMI is being used to harass and alienate Muslims. The reason is not necessarily hatred but a need of the police to find justification to continue the ban of this organisation every time the review comes up. This means that they are forced to fabricate evidence. If by any chance the tribunal revokes the ban it will be a great loss of face to the police and the government and therefore they have to seriously manipulate so that that possibility is averted. Although the Tehelka has exposed the joke that law enforcement has made of the SIMI ban.
Is there anyone in the country opposing the permanent ban of the organisation, if so we pray you give up the opposition and instead argue for the permanent ban and complete dissolution of this organisation or whatever is remaining of it? If you have any respect for the human rights of the hapless Muslims please argue instead to permanently ban the outfit.
We know very well that terror is manufactured by those who are bent upon destroying Muslims- Malegaon, Ajmer, Mecca Masjid…. were all manufactured to kill Muslims and then to put the blame on the victims so that they can be perpetually tortured by the system. And they foist the rightly hated Pakistan flags and blame Muslims in order to kill them; they throw beef in the sacred Hindu temple and blame Muslims to kill them…..
Dear human rights groups, Muslim leaders please take note and please ask for the complete ban on SIMI and save Muslims from further targeting in the name of this organisation. And also save the police from the need to constantly manufacture reasons to continue the ban on SIMI. Otherwise it will be used as a perpetual source to harass, torture, and alienate Muslims and even make them lose faith in the democratic space and processes.
