New Delhi: Zakat Foundation of India’s four candidates have cleared Civil Services exam 2011. They are among the 910 successful candidates whose names were announced on Friday by Union Public Service Commission. One of them Syed Abid Rasheed Shah (of Kashmir) is first among all Muslims selected from whole of India. Shah is ranked 23rd in the list of 910.
