Lucknow : Launching a fresh attack on the Akhilesh Yadav regime, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Friday alleged that Samjawadi Party leaders were minting money through transfers and postings of officials.
At a press conference here, BSP leader Swami Prasad Maurya also charged the ruling party with failing to curb crime and accused it of promoting “goonda raaj” in the state.
“Over 90 percent of the bureaucracy and policemen have been changed, 42,000 police constables have been shunted (out),” he said, accusing the SP leaders of making money through the “transfer industry”.
Maurya also alleged that Dalit and tribal officials were being targeted and victimised by the Akhilesh Yadav government.
