Gadkari to lead march to prime minister’s house

New Delhi : BJP president Nitin Gadkari will lead a march to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s residence Nov 21 as part of the party’s nationwide agitation against corruption, said a BJP leader Friday.

Bharatiya Janta Party’s (BJP) Delhi unit chief Vijender Gupta said in a statement that Gadkari would participate in the march from Jantar Mantar to the prime minister’s residence and address party workers.

“The BJP will march to PM’s House under the leadership of Nitin Gadkari,” Gupta said in the statement.

The march is being organised to protest “rampant corruption” by the UPA government and the Congress, he said.
