PM arrives in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Sunday arrived at the Cambodian capital where he is to attend two regional summits.

The Nov 18-20 visit is to attend the 10th ASEAN-India Summit and the 7th East Asia Summit.
