New Delhi : The tower arm of Bharti Airtel, Bharti Infratel, Thursday said it is waiting for the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) clearance to launch an initial public offering (IPO) this year.
“We are ready to go,” Akhil Gupta, managing director, Bharti Enterprises, told reporters on the sidelines of an industry event.
The firm had filed papers for the same in September to raise about Rs.5,000 crore.
