Los Angeles: Actress Gwyneth Paltrow stays in great shape because she follows a strict fitness regime, says celebrity workout guru Tracy Anderson.

Anderson says her star client Paltrow is “disciplined” when it comes to her workout routines, reports nypost.com.

Paltrow sweats through her ‘method’ routine six times a week. The complex routine involves elastic stretch bands, a wooden workout stick, dumbbells and ankle weights.

Anderson says Paltrow is “uncoordinated during workouts, but she’s disciplined.”
