Dubai : The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) was Wednesday allocated $422,000 from ICC’s Targeted Assistance and Performance Programme (TAPP).
This was decided at the International Cricket Council (ICC) and ICC Development International (IDI) meeting here April 16-17.
The ICC had earlier in January 2012 introduced a TAPP fund of $12 million to help develop more competitive teams at the highest level by targeting the Full Members and Associate/Affiliate Members for assistance.
This funding for the ACB is for the development of the National Cricket Academy.
