The petition was filed by MIM Pathergatti municipal councilor and chairman of party’s mouth piece News channel 4tv Mohsin Balala pleading for a fresh status quo on the controversial structure of the temple.

MIM’s municipal councilor has earlier got a status quo on any further construction from the high court on October 30th last year on the Mandir’s alleged illegal structure. But MIM believed High court order was violated by Andhra Pradesh Govt. by putting temporary shade on the controversial Mandir.

The move of the Govt. to allow temporary shade on the temple resulted in violent protests in Hyderabad and MIM parting ways from congress.

Andhra Pradesh High Court felt there is no need for another fresh order as interim orders were already been issued by the court in this matter.
