Gurgaon : Two people were killed and another was injured in a drunken brawl here, police said Wednesday.
Deepak, 21, a resident of Jacobpura colony here was arrested on the charge of murdering the two people, who are yet to be identified. The incident took place near Samrat Bakery on Sohna Chowk late Tuesday night.
“The deceased, in their early twenties were yet to identified,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Rajesh Duggal told IANS.
The four people, all drunk were seen indulging in heated arguments near Sohna Chowk around 11 p.m. Tuesday night, eye witnesses said.
The accused took a meet cutting knife from a nearby mutton shop and attacked the three.
One was stabbed thrice near the heart while another was attacked in the stomach. The third one was also attacked but he, however, escaped.
