New Delhi : The Department of Posts has decided to dispatch parcels of relief material free of postage charges to the flood victims of Uttarakhand.
This facility has been made available in the head offices of Delhi Postal Circle which would book free of charges parcels up to 35 kg of relief material such as clothes, blankets, woollens, bedsheets, medicines, tarpaulin, plastic sheets, torch, long shelf-life food etc.
This free-of-charge facility will be available up to July 20, said an official release.
