Jay Shree Tea posts Rs 36.45 cr net loss in Q4

Kolkata : Jay Shree Tea and Industries, a B.K. Birla Group company, Monday posted a net loss of Rs.36.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, against a net loss of Rs 34.07 crore during the same period previous year.

Sales of the Kolkata-based company declined 4 percent to Rs.141.35 crore during the fourth quarter last fiscal.

The firm had recorded Rs.147.19 crore sales during the quarter ended March 2012.
