The party through memorandums submitted through various District Collectors by WPI district office bearers across many states also requested him to speed up the case of the title suit regarding ownership of the site where the Masjid existed.

Memorandums signed by Welfare Party members and other peace loving citizens also urged the President not to allow anyone to vitiate the atmosphere by taking law in their hands or making provocative announcements to build Ram Mandir on the same site of the Babri Masjid till suits are pending in the courts.
