Islamabad : Four Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan militants were arrested Monday from Balochistan province, media reported.
According to official sources, security forces conducted a raid in Kuchlak area of Quetta city, during which they arrested the militants, including a key commander, Dawn online reported.
Heavy weapons were recovered from their possession, sources said.
After the Taliban attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar, which killed 148 people, including 132 children, the army action against militants has escalated as the country’s political and military leadership agreed on a full-blown anti-terror operations.
