Swiss voters back reintroducing immigration quotas with EU

Geneva : Swiss voters Sunday backed a plan to reintroduce immigration quotas with the European Union, local media reported.

Results showed that 50.3 per cent of the voters voted in favour of the so-called “Stop Mass Immigration” proposal pushed by the right-wing Swiss People’s Party, Xinhua reported.
