New Delhi : Boutique real estate developer Silverglades and Age Ventures Thursday launched the national capital region’s (NCR) first senior living community project – Melia-First Citizen.

According to the company, the project is located strategically at Sector 35 in Gurgaon Extension, Sohna and is easily accessible from all parts of Gurgaon.
The project is just a 10 minutes’ drive from Golf Course Extension Road and is in the vacinity of GD Goenka World School and KR Mangalam University.
“The senior citizen segment is emerging as a large market with discerning, experienced buyers,” said Arun Gupta, chief executive, Age Ventures.
