Ajmal Group of Colleges shines in HS Final

Guwahati: The Management of Ajmal Foundation has congratulated all the achiever students of Ajmal Group of Colleges for their outstanding performance in the HS Final Examination-2014. “All of you really made us proud and we wish that all of you will carry a touch of humanity wherever you go for pursuing your higher education and build a successful career for yourself,” said Khasrul Islam, Manager, Ajmal Foundation in a message to the students, adding “We also acknowledge and congratulate the sincere and dedicated efforts of the principals, teaching staff and non-teaching staff of Ajmal Group of Colleges without which this journey towards excellence wouldn’t have been possible.” It may be mentioned here that Ajmal Group has 14 colleges spread across Assam.

Maryam Ajmal Women’s College of Science and Technology, Hojai established to empower the girls of the State with the latest skills and know-how of science and technology has been consistently showing outstanding results since last five years and this year also the College has secured cent percent pass percentage with 96 first divisions, 19 star marks, 2 distinctions out of 118 students with 117 letter marks in different subjects.

Ajmal College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Hojai being a young institution has also achieved cent percent pass percentage with 125 first divisions, 30 star marks, 8 distinctions out of 202 students with 173 letter marks in different subjects.

There is a wave of jubilation at the Ajmal College in Kharupetia in Darrang District also on account of 100 per cent success at HS exam results of which were announced recently. Out of 48 students who appeared in the science stream, 43 passed in first division, 5 in second among them 13 scoring star marks. Following this success, Modhura Bandopadhyay and Sayema Sultana, Administrative Coordinators of Ajmal Foundation visited the College to congratulate the successful students and to exhort them for excelling in human values also so that they could emerge as useful citizens of the country.

The Mission statement “Ajmal for Education and Education for All” has indeed justified its meaning when Assam Higher Secondary Education Council declared the results of HS Final Examination-2014 in which Ajmal Group of Colleges in Gauripur (Dhubri), Dagaon, Nilbagan, Choudhury Bazar and Kapashbari (Nagaon) also registered outstanding performance.
