New Delhi : AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal Saturday described Yogendra Yadav, who had said that the party has “fallen prey to personality cult”, as a “valued colleague”.
The remark came after the discord between top party leaders came out in the open following the leak of the letters exchanged between Manish Sisodia and Yadav.
“Yogendra Yadav has raised some important issues. All of us will work on it,” Kejriwal tweeted after meeting Yadav on the sidelines of the party’s national executive here.
“Yogendra Yadav is a very dear friend and a very valued colleague. Had long discussion with him…,” he added.
Sisodia had accused Yadav of sabotaging the party, while the psephologist opined that the AAP was moving in the opposite direction.
The Aam Aadmi Party convener also said they will convince Shazia Ilmi, who left the party last month, to join back.
“We will also try to get Shazia back,” he tweeted.
