Lagos: At least 35 people were killed when two bombs exploded in a crowded marketplace in Nigerian city of Maiduguri Saturday night, police said.
Thirty-five bodies have been recovered so far, Xinhua quoted state commissioner of police Lawal Tanko as saying over phone. “We are still counting, so far we have counted 35 bodies. Our men are still working with rescue workers at the scene,” he said.
