New Delhi : The first All India Football Federation (AIFF) referees course for women was inaugurated here Monday by FIFA Development Officer for South and Central Asia Shaji Prabhakaran.
The course which is being organised by AIFF under the auspices of FIFA is being attended by 25 referees from all across the country. Australian Krystyna Szokolai is the course instructor and is being assisted by Chaitali Paul and Anamika Sen.
Inaugurating the five-day course, Prabhakaran urged the participants to “interact as much as possible”, with all.
“You are privileged to have Krystyna as your instructor. Her experience will enrich and motivate you further towards fulfilling your dreams” he added.
The course, which comprises theory and practical sessions, concludes Oct 21.
