New Delhi : The government has constituted an expert committee to review e-forms and other overall filing process, in order to simplify procedures for stakeholders, Minister of Corporate Affairs Arun Jaitley said here Tuesday.
“The government has recently constituted an expert committee to review e-forms and other overall filing process, in order to simplify procedures for stakeholders,” he said in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha.
“The committee will review the ‘e-forms’ notified under the Companies Act, 2013, suggest changes aimed at simplification of such forms and remove difficulties faced by stakeholders. The committee has been asked to submit its report within two months,” he added.
