Tokyo : Prime Minister Narendra Modi Monday said he could not describe in words the hospitality he received in Japan, saying it was an indication of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s special affection for India.
“Words can’t describe PM @AbeShinzo’s great hospitality. It indicates his special affection for India & his strong faith in India-Japan ties,” Modi tweeted.
Modi also made a special mention of the tea ceremony hosted by Abe.
“Very kind of PM @AbeShinzo to have hosted a special tea ceremony in Tokyo,” he tweeted.
The prime minister also posted other tweets about his visit.
“The welcome at Akasaka Palace was overwhelming!”.
“Today, Tokyo’s Taimei elementary School had its oldest student! I went there to learn about Japan’s education system.”
“A successful India & successful Japan will benefit both nations & will be a force of peace, stability & prosperity in Asia & in the world.”
“Our partnership with Japan is a special strategic & global partnership. We will further strengthen our cooperation,” Modi posted.
Modi will return to India Wednesday at the end of his five-day visit to Japan.
