Patna: All Indian Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen is yet to decide if they are going to contest Bihar Assembly elections but another Muslim-led party Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) yesterday announced that they will be contesting in Bihar from 25 seats.

He further said that the women are unsafe, the farmers are not being paid their due prices, and the youth too are suffering from the severe employment, giving rise to their migration in search of jobs to different parts of the country, thereby most of them landing in troublesome situation.
National President All India Imams Council Maulana Usman Baig, SDPI National General Secretary Elyas Thumbe, Bihar State President Nasim Akhtar, Bihar State Secretary Archana Kumari and several prominent personalities from Katihar and Patna were also present.
