AMU Vice Chancellor conferred India’s Most Eminent VC Award

Aligarh, December 15: Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor Lt General Zameer Uddin Shah (Retd) has been conferred the ‘India’s Most Eminent Vice Chancellor Award 2015’ by the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice in association with the National Council of News Broadcasting and Asian Human Rights Council.

The award was given in the ‘5th Bhartiya Manav Adhikar Samman 2015 for Peace, Harmony, Protecting and Promoting Human Rights’ programme, which was a tribute to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, former President of India and Bharat Ratna.
