Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU)-Polytechnic in collaboration with Career Guidance Council, The TEZ and ELIAP & TELMA Organizations organized ‘CAREER 360’, a career guidance programme.
The seminar, held on February 14, primarily focused on aspects such as resume writing, preparation for interview, searching domain job, empowerment through positive attitude, the requirements MNCs and how to meet them, careers in electronics, and entrepreneurship skills, a release from MANUU said.
Eight leading personalities talked about career and future prospects. Mohammad Fasihuddin, assistant professor CSE Department, coordinator & Placement Officer of Research & Student Development Cell of MANUU Polytechnic welcomed the dignitaries and conducted the program, a release from MANUU said.
Dr Mohammad Yousuf Khan, principal, Polytechnic & ITI, spoke about the benefits of Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with six leading companies by MANUU, which were entered into on last Friday.
Syed Ali Luqman Hussaini, Associate Professor, AAKCBA, CGC member made a presentation on ‘How to succeed’ and spoke about how to develop attitude helping in optimizations of skills.
Dr Nandita Sethi, director and head (Academics) TEZ, presented a brief overview on ‘Entrepreneurship’ and also showed inspiring videos of Arunia Sinha, Muneera Mazari, who lost their arms, legs respectively in accidents.
Dr D Venkat Rao, administrative secretary- ELIAP & TELMA, spoke on opportunities in ‘Electronics Industries for Diploma holders’. Asim Farooqui and Mohammed Shahnoor of CGC-Hyderabad spoke on how to make Resumes and explained about Brand U topics respectively, the release added.
