New Delhi : The Delhi Union of Journalists (DUJ) Thursday expressed “profound shock” over the massacre of 12 people at the office of a French satirical magazine in Paris.
“The DUJ expresses profound shock at this unprecedented attack on the media which has shocked the entire world,” a DUJ statement said.
“The brutal killings are a direct attack on the right to free expression and a free media.”
The French magazine, “Charlie Hebdo”, had triggered a row after publishing caricatures of Prophet Mohammed.
