“The sky will be generally cloudy and light rain or thundershowers could occur in some areas,” an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The day’s minimum temperature settled one notch above the season’s average at 27.8 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 79 percent.
Thursday’s minimum temperature was 27.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average, while the maximum temperature was 36.2 degrees Celsius, two levels above the season’s average.
