New Delhi: A talent recognition, appreciation and counselling programme was held on February 22 in Delhi by Care for all Trust (CFAT) in collaboration with local RWA Chand Bagh Sudhar Samiti, Delhi.
The motive of the programme was to recognize toppers from 10th class, 12th class, students who performed outstanding in their academics and cracked the competition. CFAT also awarded Dr Anoop Diwan, Dr Amjad, Dr Arshad, Dr Afroz, Mohd Rizwan, Irfan Mushtaq, Jameela Shah, Mufti Aakil for their outstanding contribution in medical and relief camps in Srinagar to help the flood victims.
Abdul Gaffar, Mufti Aakil, Mufti Athar Shamsi, Asfiya, Shalini, Asad from CFAT worked together with RWA members Zahid Hasan and Wasim Hasan of RWA to make the programme a success.
Dr Zafarul Islam Khan and M Wadood Sajid were the chief guests at the programme. Dr Khan said on the occasion that it is only through the education that we improve the conditions of the community
MLA Kapil Mishra also shared his views on the importance of education.
Asfiya Qureshi was awarded on this occasion for her top performance in graduation in science.
