New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday congratulated his British counterpart David Cameron on the victory of his Conservative Party in British elections.
“Congratulations David Cameron. As you rightly pointed out- its ‘Phir Ek Baar, Cameron Sarkar!’ My best wishes”, Modi tweeted.
Defying all predictions and speculations, Cameron’s Conservative party on Friday secured simple majority in the 650-member House of Commons, winning 326 seats in the British general elections held on Thursday.
