Lalu’s sons take charge as ministers

Patna: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav and his elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav, both sons of RJD chief Lalu Prasad, on Monday took charge of their ministries.

Tejaswi Yadav, 26, is the road and building construction minister. He told the media: “We will pay more attention to infrastructure building and connectivity of roads in the state.”

Tejaswi Yadav said the mandate for the Grand Alliance of the JD-U, RJD and Congress was to work for development of Bihar. He said corruption would not be tolerated at any cost.

Tej Pratap, 28, took charge as the health minister.
