Malappuram: Kodinhi Faisal murder accused Bipin, 26, was killed near Tirur in Malappuram district on Thursday. Bipin’s body was spotted by students, who were going to Madarasa at roadside in the morning on Thursday.
Huge police force has been deployed in the area and senior police officers visited the spot following the incident.
Bipin along with prime accused in the case RSS Tirur Taluk Saha Karyavahak Madathil Narayanan (47) and VHP Tirurangadi Taluk secretary Kottassery Jayakumar (48) was granted conditional bail by the Malappuram District and Sessions Court in Manjeri in April.
A total of 16 accused in the case were arrested by the police in Faisal murder case. But, all of them were granted bail. Faisal was murdered for accepting Islam by RSS activists on November 19, 2016, at Farook Nagar in Kodinhi in Malappuram district. Nine members of his family including his mother and sisters had converted to Islam following his murder.
