Kuwait : South Korea News Agency, Yonhap, monitored in Kuwait, broadcast excerpts of a stetement by the North Korean Foreign Ministry, saying all activities of dismantling the nuclear sites have been suspended since August 14.
The official statement said Washington’s failure to cancel its name in the list of states that sponsor terrorism was a violation of the six-party talks, during which the American side vowed to offer incentives in exchange for shutting down the nuclear sites.
