Raipur : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh will Friday launch the party campaign for the Chhattisgarh assembly polls with a public meeting here.
The BJP came to power in the mineral-rich state in December 2003. The party is now seeking a second straight win in the polls to a 90-member assembly to be held by November.
Singh will reach Raipur from Delhi for a day-long visit to Chhattisgarh and will address a party rally at 3.30 p.m. Friday.
He will also open a district party office at Durg town, district headquarters of Durg district.
