Jammu : A Sri Lankan man has been arrested here after the owner of a cyber café reported to the police that he was surfing web sites of militant groups, police sources said Thursday.
Hasan Nafeez, whose parents live in Canada, entered India about a month ago and had been shuttling from one city to another, the sources said. When he was arrested late Wednesday, he did not possess a passport.
