New Delhi : The Indian capital is to get scattered rain through the week ahead.
"Generally, the capital's sky will remain cloudy and a few spells of rain and thundershowers will be experienced till Tuesday afternoon," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
"The city may see a dip in day temperature as it will witness scattered rain throughout the week," the official added.
Early Monday, a minimum temperature of 25 degree Celsius was recorded in the national capital.
On June 28, IMD officially announced the arrival of monsoon in Delhi but there have been hardly any of the usual heavy rains since then.
