New Delhi : Australia were 237 for two in their first innings at tea on the third day of the third cricket Test against India at Feroz Shah Kotla here.
Skipper Ricky Ponting (61) and Michael Hussey (13) were at the crease.
Virender Sehwag (1-31) got the crucial wicket of Matthew Hayden (83) in the second session when he trapped him leg before. Leg spinner Amit Mishra (1-71) had given India the breakthrough in the first session when he bowled a well settled Simon Katich (64).
India had declared their first innings for 613 for seven Thursday.
