Mumbai : All the 10 accused in the Sep 29 Malegaon blast would be charged under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) chief Hemant Karkare said here Thursday evening.
The accused include Sadhvi Pragnya Thakur and Lt Col. Prasad Purohit. The blast had left six people dead.
