Fourteenth Lok Sabha held 242 sessions till now but Mr. Vajpayee has attended only 4.5% of the times.

Mr. Vajpayee represents Lucknow in Lok Sabha, a constituency of over a half million voters. He has won their confidence 5 times since 1991 elections but are Lucknowites being represented in the lower house of the Parliament of India?

Mr. Vajpayee a veteran of Lok Sabha (LS) who was first elected to this body in 1957 has not asked a single question in the present LS. Known for his oratorical skills, he has spoken only 8 times since 2004 in the Parliament. He participated in debates 6 times in 2004 and one each in 2005 and 2006.

Even MPs who are in jail like Md. Shahabuddin and Shibu Soren have better attendance records than Mr. Vajpayee.

Now it is for the voters of Lucknow to ask Mr. Vajpayee and his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) how they are being served by their MP.
