New Delhi : The government has constituted an anti-doping disciplinary panel to check incidents of drug abuse by sportsmen.
The nine-member panel will be headed by Dinesh Dayal, retired additional district judge of Delhi.
This panel will hear the athletes who have been tested positive for dope and also decide on the punishment as prescribed under the anti-doping laws and rules.
A four-member anti-doping appeal panel and three-member therapeutic use exemption committee also have been announced.
