Ghaziabad : In broad daylight, four motorcycle-borne men robbed a private company employee of Rs.400,000 at gunpoint here Friday, the police said.
The incident occurred on national highway-24 near Lal Kuan in this suburb of the national capital.
According to Circle Officer R.K. Gautam, field officer of SKS Micro Finance Company, Jai Singh, was going to deposit the cash with the company’s Delhi office when he was intercepted by four men on two motorcycles. The men robbed him at gun point.
“On the victim’s description, we have drawn the sketches of the criminals and efforts are on to nab them,” the police official added.
