New Delhi: A Hindu girl student has found a novel way to communal harmony. She has been exhibiting her acumen in Arabic calligraphy by writing verses from the Holy Qur’an. Copies of the Qur’an written by her admeasure 999 feet in length and one foot in width.
Tej Shri is her name and she hails from Hyderabad. Her father is a well-known artist. Tej Shree started his mission from April 23 this year. She has presented a copy of her work to Telgu Desham Party supremo Chandra Babu Naidu. A volume of her Qur’anic calligraphy is preserved in N. T. R. Trust Bhawan.
This student of tenth class in Hyderabad’s Lotus Lap Public School aspires to see her name in Guinness Book of World Records.
