Noida : A warehouse of Hindi newspaper Dainik Jagran was gutted in a fire here Thursday morning, officials said.
The warehouse in Noida – an Uttar Pradesh town adjacent to national capital New Delhi — caught fire around 6.30 a.m., said an official of the fire brigade, adding that a short circuit was a possible cause of the fire, but he was not sure at this stage.
Half a dozen fire tenders battled the blaze at Noida’s Sector 8, but all the records in the warehouse had been destroyed, the official said.
