Thiruvananthapuram : IT solutions provider IBS Software Tuesday inked a deal with Delhi-based airline Aryan Cargo Express (ACE) for implementing its cargo solution iCargo.
iCargo will automate the entire cargo operations of India’s newest cargo carrier.
ACE, a subsidiary of Aryan Cargo and Express Logistics, is an international cargo airline.
In the first phase, the airline will link the Indian market to the world and provide connectivity to and from South East Asia, ASEAN countries, China, Middle East, CIS and Europe.
The contract for implementing the cargo solution was signed at the Bombay Exhibition Centre during the Air Cargo India 2010 event.
ACE joins a list of users, including leading names in aviation cargo industry like Nippon Cargo Airways, All Nippon Airways, Qantas Freight, Austrian Airlines, Spice Jet, Kingfisher Airlines, Olympic Air, and Tokyo International Air Cargo Terminal Ltd.
iCargo will provide a unified enterprise-wide solution to help manage the entire cargo business of Aryan Cargo Express – from cargo sales, inventory, pricing and reservation to revenue accounting and management.
