New Delhi: Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh congratulated Dr. Shah Faisal, the Civil Services topper for 2010. Faesal met Prime Minister here on May 26. Faesal is the first candidate from Jammu & Kashmir in Independent India who has bagged top position in the most coveted exam in the country.

While Shah Fesal topped the Civil Services 2010, the number of successful Muslim candidates in that exam this year has gone down. In total 21 candidates from the minority community could succeed in Civil Services.
