Dhaka : Bangladesh’s jails have 1,048 foreign nationals, including 349 Indians, Home Minister Sahara Khatun informed parliament Monday.
The others include 666 Myanmarese, 21 Pakistanis, six Nepalis, three Tanzanian, and one each from Japan, Malaysia and Hungary, who are either convicted or awaiting trial, the minister said.
