Beed (Maharashtra): The third state level Mir Raunaq Ali Memorial Essay Competition was held recently at Millia Senior College Beed for the academic year 2009-2010. Prizes were given away to students who came first, second and third in the competition.
The First Prize went to Qazi Waseya Qazi Makhdoom of Millia Senior College Beed, Second Prize to Paargaonkar Avinash Dilip of P.V.P. College, Patoda and the Third Prize was given to two students namely Syyeda Husna Anjum of Shivaji College, Udgir and Khan Darkhshan Safdar Khan of All India Khilaafa Committee College of Education, Mumbai.
Certificates and other prizes were given to students who qualified the essay competition.
Secretary of Anjum Ishaat-e-Taleem Alhaj Ahmed Bin Abood Chaus and Dr. Ilyas Faazil, Principal of Millia Senior College Beed and others greeted the students.
