Beed, Maharashtra: On the occasion of Republic Day (26th Jan.), a free Medical camp was organised by Movement for Peace and Justice (MPJ) in Manjlegaon of Beed district. More than 400 people from different communities benefited from the camp.
The medical camp was opened with the recitation of Quran followed by a Naa’t (poem that praises Prophet Muhammad). After this Chief Guest and district president of MPJ, Mr Shafeeq Hashmi presented introduction of the organization and explained the purpose of the medical camp.
Presiding over the program, Mr Azeem Pasha, state Secretary, MPJ, delivered a speech on the aims and objectives and activities of the organization.
In this free medical camp Dr. Sayed Musa, Dr. Muqeet, Dr. Imran, Dr, Aayesha and Dr. Nargis attended the patients. Local chemists Mr Islam, Mr Rasheed and Mr Sardar khan helped in distributing medicine.
At the end of the camp, Abdul Majed Khan, Manjlegaon unit president of MPJ thanked all the guests, doctors, chemists and all MPJ members for making the free medical camp successful.
