“Bengal will see a new sunshine after the polls. People of Bengal want a change from the misrule of Left Front,” the Trinamool Congress chief told reporters after returning to Kolkata from New Delhi.

Banerjee has declared she would not contest the polls but would become the chief minister if her party wins.

West Bengal will see staggered elections from April 18 to May 10.
